Rory Martin | Owner | CEO

Rory Martin has more than 17 years of expertise building and running interactive marketing and web design firms. He has helped a wide range of organizations - develop engaging websites, master the art of search engine optimization and marketing, build robust online content management and e-commerce systems, as well as leverage social media to engage and interact with their customers and prospects online.

Since 2006, Social Media and Community Building have been his primary focus. He has launched large social networks for Microsoft, Genentech, Accenture, and Goldman Sachs.

Michael Bradbury | Director of Social

Michael Bradbury is a seasoned social media and marketing strategist. As a journalist for over 15 years he appreciates the need for communication in all forms. He worked in newspapers, magazines, TV, satellite radio, and has run two media companies. Now an evangelist for social media he uses metrics to determine the best course of action to build community and broaden engagement. Michael positions brands for rapid community growth and leverages viral potential in every campaign. He has been instrumental in garnering national attention for local or regional brands, expanding offline marketing objectives to an online world and driving ROI through careful planning, complementary strategies and playful experimentation. He’s also a huge science nerd who helped stage the first two Seattle Science Festivals.

Asia Rau Vinton | Social Account Manager

Asia aligns digital and analog relationships while maintaining brand integrity and personality. Her past experience includes planning, executing and evaluating corporate, public, fundraising events and campaigns for Avid Events, University of Washington, Bellevue Downtown Association, Downtown Seattle Association and Lifelong AIDS Alliance. In 2012, Asia created Sparrow Soirees, a social media and event design consulting business. With over 17 years of event planning, marketing, and sponsorship fulfillment, she brings creativity, project strategy and execution to our team.

John Beck is an experienced content creator and community manager. With a background in restaurants, bakery/cafes, and food trucks, he is comfortable getting out in the field and capturing real engagement. His work has played a vital role in expanding brands social media presence, identifying PR opportunities, and development of brand voice. With experience both in the field and behind the computer, John feels confident in being able to help with company growth wherever identified.
